Hitherto, we have studied elliptic problems and hyperbolic equations.
Now we are analyzing transient convection-diffusion problems that lead to
parabolic equations. To solve these problems we have to combine the spatial
discretization techniques described in
Steady Transport
with the time integration schemes analyzed in
Unsteady Transport.
