This is an example of a transient situation.
Consider the unit square [0,1]x[0,1] with a jet aperture centered in (0, 0.5) and 1/16 wide. The jet profile is parabolic with maximum velocity of one.

The problem is solved using a uniform mesh of 16x16 Q2Q1 elements. Figures below show streamlines and pressure profiles at different instants.
